Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks prior to the charter a refund will be provided, within 2 weeks of the charter, the deposit is not refunded. NOTE: If Captain of Port closes port due to bad weather or rough ocean conditions tour will be cancelled for safety reasons. If this happens we will notify you to reschedule tour and if you cannot reschedule then you will receive a refund.
